"Worst customer service. My husband walked in the am for a throat infection and needed antibiotics. He was the first patient when he arrived. 4 p.m. and they had still not sent the prescription over to walgreens. My husband followed up with the front desk 3 times and all.of the times the lady that answered was rude and impatient. Why do we need to follow up when it's their responsibility to do what's needed on their end. It's someone's health we're talking about not a drive through order at in n out"
"Worst urgent care I have ever been too. Front staff are beyond rude and lack empathy!! For being in the medical field they seem to forget that communication is KEY. I have never encountered such lazy employees, rolling there eyes every chance they get, if you hate customer service then you're in the WRONG field honey.... Waited over 2 hours just to be told my symptoms "will go away soon" I suppose she's the medical professional??? By the time I left the wait time was over 3 hours and I believe they were not taking any more patients. NO MANAGER ON SITE. Idk what happened to this place but do NOT come here. You've been warned ⚠️"
"Staff is friendly, helpful and competent. The facility has been recently renovated and it's clean. Sometimes you do get quite a wait, 2-4hrs regardless of what time you arrive. Please improve the wait time once we are inside the room to be seen by either the PA, Dr or RN."
"Every time I go to Heacock Urgent Care the service is fast and the doctors there are amazing. The staff is really respectful and kind. It's also always clean. Its the only urgent care that I take my children and myself to now. If you're looking for a good urgent care this is the one!!"
