"I recently had a procedure with the Gastroenterology Department, and despite initial discomfort, the exceptional team, including Nurse Eun, Nicole, and Dr. Chui, made me feel at ease with laughter and thorough explanations. The care continued in the procedure room with Dr. [Another Dr], Rn Cindy, and Assistants Kimmie and Kristi, who collectively created a reassuring environment. The surprise of an all-female team was pleasant, and I drifted to sleep without worries. Upon waking, Nicole and Eun shared positive results, leaving me with an overall positive and worry-free experience."
