"Wonderful experience in labor and delivery. My son was born at 28 weeks and had an extended stay in the NICU. Nurses and staff were amazing. I have also been to the emergency room where I had a long wait, I see many other reviews with the same comment. Please keep in mind when coming here, this is the only trauma center in the area, there are ambulances incoming constantly, as well as patients with sepsis, stroke, heart attacks, etc. who will be cared for before other patients who don't require immediate treatment. A lot of people at this emergency room could go to an urgent care instead. Please research if your condition can be treated at an urgent care, and if so go there, or expect a long wait for minor issues."

"Horrible hospital, extremely rude nurses, patient had a fever of 101 degrees but said otherwise but wrote it down and didn’t inform us they took record of it for some reason . In the waiting room for 9 hours plus, test results took longer than necessary and still waiting for more results as I’m writing this. Horrible hospital and this is not the first bad experience I’ve had here but this is where I drew the line. Avoid going here at all cost, look for a better staffed and ran hospital."

"I'm use to excellent care from Cedars Sinai but let my PPO lapse and had to go to Dignity Health emergency sans insurance. Nothing. No coverage. And they seen me anyway, tool care of me and treated me very well. Very impressed."

"This is a revised review. I originally gave them one star after encountering so many problems with being able to visit a family member in ICU. It was because there was a security list due to our family member being the victim of a violent crime (she was shot). The head of security was not available and no one else would update the list to allow family members in over the weekend. This was extremely frustrating to all of us because the shooter was dead and there was no threat to our family member. When we finally got access on Monday, we learned that she was being very well taken care of. The nurses and staff have been very professional and doing their job with a lot of compassion and empathy. We have really appreciated this and our family member is recovering under the care she is receiving. I am now updating this review to four stars as a result."

"I received the best care in the labor and delivery unit by Juliet, Claudine, Anne, Rona, and Jen! Juliet was very accommodating and she was extremely hospitable. She was very caring and always made sure I was comfortable and clean. Anne was very informative and was always in my room to make sure I was okay. Claudine was also very accommodating and also helped me and my spouse get some sleep by checking after the baby for us since we were sleep deprived for about 36 hours. We can’t thank her enough. Rona, the lactation specialist, taught me so much about my baby and how to properly feed her and understand her needs and ques. Jen was amazing. She was very caring and super down to earth. I felt so comfortable talking to her about any concerns I had. She also made sure I was comfortable, healthy, fed, and clean. The staff were beyond exceptional and it was the best hospital experience I’ve had!"
