"This place has to be the most worst hospital or care center Or whatever it is, I've ever been to. Horrible bedside manner! I was taken to the ER here Because I wasn't feeling well from caffeine pills i took earlier. I wasn't sure of my condition. So once I felt slightly better I wanted to be discharge. Unaware of how serious my symptoms were I have a full on anixety attack that raised my blood pressure over 157. My face started to distort and I lost feeling in most of my body. I was mocked and taunted by the doctor to "use my words" when I obviously wasn't able to speak. Once my pressure went back to normal, they left me alone for over 45 minutes with no help or advice. I was finally discharged later in the early morning with nothing to help the anxiety attacks. Horrible awful place, do not go here unless you want to be unalived."
"Very condescending and rude nurse works in the ER room here. She said, you better cooperate with me because I’m the only one nurse working here. Behind the curtain, she was complaining about me asking the insurance eligibility that I can clearly hear. The doctor I was seeing didn’t even closely guess what my problem at the time of my visiting. The front staff, white very tall male didn’t give me some time to tell him the name of medicine that I was taking. I was very sick and my visit to this ER was right after the urgent care. This place needs to be trained from A to Z. Other trainees seemed very under pressure and nobody speak up. Very bureaucratic and if someone did something wrong, it seemed that the nurse, the “KEN” and “KAREN” in general, just cuts off what people just said. I asked her to bring me the front staff that I was seeing before I checked in who can check my insurance eligibility and she said, you are asking to a different person and I’m not a cashier i’m the master chef. She was always smiling when the Dr. E was presented and when there was nobody around her, she tended to be very bossy. Especially to some patients and some trainees."
"Long wait and nothing was done for my daughter or me. My daughter having back pain and prescribed to take over the counter pain killers. I explained that it hasn't worked. They only ask where pain was located and send her home. While a nurse gave me insulin without checking blood sugar levels. I explained that I needed more needles in order to take my insulin at home. As well, I having pain on my lips. In stead been treated and given a prescription I was told to go to a different clinic."
"I came into the ER and was brought to the back fast. I've had issues with chest pain/possible heart problems for a few months on and off now and I was in extreme stress until I met the best nurse I ever had in my life, Jamie! She was amazing. Crossed every t dotted every i and made me feel at home. If more people like her joined the medical field I guarantee death rates would decrease by far."
"I had my surgery and post op care in this hospital and words are not enough to describe the outstanding work and care I had from indeed one of the best and experienced Obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. George Ahad. He made sure to take a good care of my ovarian problems while putting in consideration my hope to conceive. I couldn't be happier to know that my surgery went well and that I now have a chance to get pregnant. I am also blessed and grateful to the staff and nurses who have made me feel better during my post op with their kindness, thoughtfulness, and care. Thank you, Anaheim Global Medical Center!"
