"definitely one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I checked in on the night of January 29th, and the lady who was at the front desk had dyed red hair. she was probably one of the rudest people I've ever met. talked to me like I was a complete idiot, talked down to me, and made my entire stay unpleasant. me and my friend didn't even want to walk in and out the main entrance because she made us feel unwelcome. It's ridiculous to charge someone 200 on top of already paying almost $800 just because they live local? the person who was staying with me was from South Carolina, and we were staying in the area. give me a break. even IF that even made sense, those rooms were not clean enough for you to be charging that much. side entrance garbage cans overflowing out the door, the room obviously hadn't been vacuumed in god knows how long because next to and behind the beds we found 1. A very well used bandaid 2. A very well used q-tip 3. freaking toe nail clippings will NOT be returning, and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place."

"In the photo the hotel looks much better than in reality. The toilet seat is worn to holes. The walls in the hallway are shabby. The room is cramped. At 9pm I received a call from the reception and they said that the neighbors downstairs were complaining that my children were walking too loudly. At 9 pm!!! Wi fi did not work only on iPhones. When registering, the manager knew about this but did not say! When I called and told her about this, she said that she had been trying to solve this problem all day!!! I was very sad and disgusted that I could not get my money back and leave this terrible hotel. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the breakfast! It was really hearty and tasty. PS my experience with cheaper hotels like Motel 6 was much better!"

"Location is prime right off the freeway. Service is tasteful and accommodating. Rooms are decent. Price is a bit above average. Not able to have guests."

"If I could give a negative star I would. At check out they said we could have canceled since they were renovating/remodeling and had pool and hot tob closed. We were not presented an option to cancel when we got there. In the past I have had nothing but amazing experiences with comfort Inn and suites that is why we booked our vacation here. There was no email or anything to let us know that the pool and hot tub were closed. I honestly haven't had a vacation in 3 years and was excited to relax in a hot tub and from the 19-23rd it was closed and then finally open the day we had to leave. There is also the location of the hotel, parking I strongly recommend not staying here if you are towing anything. The parking spaces were very small. Very difficult and awkward getting in and out of this location. It was just an overall disappointing experience and don't recommend."

"Best deal in Medford. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Lemonade and cookies in lobby when you arrive. Pool & Hot tub. Well maintained, CLEAN, QUIET and COMFORTABLE ROOMS at a reasonable price. Excellent service at the desk and at breakfast. Real breakfast with good coffee included. This hotel should be used as the model for all hotels in this price range."
