Now while on my way they I was canceled and asked to reschedule for another day by text. Zero customer service skills. No offer for later the same day. In a way I'm not surprised."

"I had an appointment with Aubrey at 11. She didn’t show up until 11:21, then proceeded to take a phone call for 10 minutes making plans for her lunch break at 12:05. She then said “ oh are you my 11 o clock? I didn’t know you waited” I told her what I wanted and she said “ I bet you’ve had some bad haircuts in the past, did you like your most recent one” I told her I did and she said that it grew out poorly and is hard to cut. She also got upset with me cause she was doing a bad job of listening to what I asked and said “ you really should bring a picture next time cause now it looks like this” I also had an eyebrow waxing scheduled which she said she’s too behind to do and made me get up but assured me she wouldn’t charge me for it… I check out and she says “ wow only a $2 tip that’s bullshit” I told her, you were 30 minutes late and it looks awful. She said “ please don’t come back here again” to which I said I promise you I won’t be. This is the difference from one side compared to the other… terrible."
