"This is any about how terrible the parking situation is at the facility. 10:15 am and public lot full. Valet full. No metered parking available. Please make sure you plan ahead if you need to bring someone to this facility. I was able to find parking at another building a couple of blocks away."

"Really deserves 5 stars. Can’t speak for everyone’s experience but while my mom has been admitted into this hospital, they have been very attentive to her and thorough with her special diet. Forever grateful for everyone who puts their heart and soul into their work."

"I had a great experience here for a scheduled HoLep procedure that included an overnight stay for observation after a 3 hour surgery with general anesthesia. I had to stay in the recovery area overnight in lieu of a room, but it was fine. Check-in was a breeze and all personnel from beginning to end were professional and attentive. Special shout out to RNs Loren T. and Dapheny T. who had the day shift and expedited my discharge. My SO was kept apprised of my progress and notified when she could visit."

"ER staff were very nice and attentive. The nurse kept coming in to check on me without me having to look for her (which is rare). The doctor was good also. They admitted me so I could get an MRI and after a few days the MRI still never happened. So I left. Overall, very nice staff, much calmer than the Westwood location. The staff outside of the ER are helpful but don’t really communicate (which is why the MRI never happened). I hate hospitals after being admitted for awhile after an accident in the fall but the staff being attentive and nice helped."

"Overall my experience was satisfactory. Dr. Peter was so professional and courteous. However, one of his assistants charged with cleaning up my facial wounds didn't read my chart and proceeded to push hard enough to wipe dried blood off of my nose before I winced in pain. Her response was "the stitches are up here, not on the side", to which my reply was "I have a fractured nose. Didn't you read my chart before you started treating me???". Everyone else was very professional and compassionate. Please teach the assistants to read the chart before they start pressing on fractured bones. It's not a big ask. Thanks, Dr. Peter and the rest of the staff!"
