"The best compliment I can give is that each time I go back my haircut is better than before and quicker. Harlen goes out of his way to care for his clients, know their taste, and CONSISTENTLY delivers and improves. I have tried so many barbers in the EC area and paid all sorts of prices but every time I'd get a haircut I liked, the very next time I'd go in, even with the exact same barber and exact same instructions and reference photos, the haircut would come out entirely different. Harlen is so genuine and such a skilled barber. His attention to details and care means it may take longer than your typical cut, but to me that is a good thing and of course will only get quicker and more efficient with time."

Was happy to see a young entrepreneur giving it a shot in this neighborhood, so I stopped in for a standard haircut. "My hubby has been growing his hair and beard out for about eight months. Time for a trim- and I thought he should go to a proper barber to get both stylishly done. He prefers the more traditional cuts over modern fades. I searched around for openings on Saturdays and found Bucks Cuts. Harlan is a great barber. Very considerate of his client's wishes, and meticulous in his work. His prices were very fair, and he did a great job in taming my husband's wild do. I enjoyed the chats with him, and I thought he did a great job with the client before my husband who had a different texture and was much younger. One word of caution: facility is older and not handicapped accessible. The bathroom is quite small and has not been updated as the rest of the facility has been. The front and interior of the shop look wonderful. Really great job remodeling."
