"Ordered online and when I got there they didn't have my order. He said if I want to reorder I can but I have to pay it here. I said that's fine but what about this order I ordered online. How am I gonna get a refund back?? Now I'm gonna have to call my bank n get a refund. Don't bother ordering online. Best to go there n ordered. For them to have a online order . It sucks.. won't be going there at all. My first n last"
"I found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Rochester. I live in town and I've eaten at almost all of them. It might be a little more expensive but it is fresh ingredients and it was very flavorful. You also get alot of food. I had their chicken enchiladas. I havent found an enchilada I liked since Carlos O'Kelly closed. Just add the Queso sauce to it, and it is comparable to Carlos O Kelly's. The salsas were fresh and flavorful. I could see it might be a problem if they get busy and dont have a lot of staff for service. But I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. It is so beautifully decorated that you feel like you are on vacation in Mexico."
"This is the most authentic and highest quality Mexican food I've had in a very long time. I ate here twice in one week while visiting Rochester (once for lunch and once for dinner). Both times my food and my friends' food was really good. It is true that the service was a bit slow and that there is cheaper Mexican food elsewhere in Rochester (I tried other places too), but they're nice people and Los Jarritos has the best authentic Mexican food around. Also, it has several Mexican beers and a couple American beers on tap. I definitely recommend it."
"I had the Menudo which is one of the best in town, and it was easy to get a seat with prompt and friendly service. However, their prices are some of the highest in town even with the specials. For that reason alone I'd place Los Jarritos in the middle of the list or Mexican restaurants in town. Not bad, but you can find more bang for your buck elsewhere."
"Got the chicken tacos platter. Tacos were freshly made, had interesting flavor, and were overall very good. Salsa was better than I expected, as I usually don’t care for the thicker red types, but this was tasty. Service was fair, but seemed like I was somewhat ignored. Rice and beans were seasoned well."
