"Update: I have to emphasize again how very important, wonderful, and unfortunately rare it is for a theater to be so wheelchair accessible. I have now visited over 7 theaters in Los Angeles with my five year old son who uses a wheelchair. The Wallis is consistently the best experience. The staff is unfailingly polite, patient, and helpful. We always feel welcome. Everyone there knows exactly where we should go and offers to help however they can. The wheelchair seats are truly accessible with enough space and a clear path. A beautiful welcoming inclusive space with high quality diverse shows. Beautiful theater! Very accessible. The staff are friendly and all the shows we have seen have been excellent."
"What a historic building!! Very well maintained. All the staffs are very professional and friendly. The box office is inside the building, no long line to pick up the tickets. The staffs are very efficient. Not a huge theater but very intimate. Every seat is a good seat. There is bar area right in front of the theater entrance. Beautiful outdoor courtyard, perfect place to hang out before the show or during intermission."
"Went to go see Love Actually live. What a great show. The parking was easy and great price. The seats were comfortable nice a cushy. Plenty of foot room. They had drinks for sale before after and during the show. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The show was absolutely amazing. Ten out of ten totally recommend this theater and show."
"Went for the first time to watch 13 Most Beautiful, beautiful venue"
"A beautiful historical theater. The entrance is built with lovely stone. Comfortable seats with great views of the stage from almost every angle. The interior of the theater has amazing wooden architecture."
