"I have PTSD and struggle with getting my hair cut. Just scheduling an appt fills me with intense anxiety. Which is why I greatly appreciate how they don't do appts. You can check in online or just walk in. The hairdressers (one checked me in, the other cut my hair) were so sweet, understanding, respectful of what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable. The one that cut my hair (pardon, I'm so bummed I forgot her name) was so lovely and found ways to distract me to help my anxiety. My hair turned out beautifully, exactly how I wanted it. I plan to bring my daughter, who is on the autism, to get her hair cut there soon. When I told her how things went for me, it gave her hope she would also feel comfortable there."

"if i could give this negative stars i would. what a complete mess, called to get my money returned and they told me i needed to come in and they try to fix it. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO TOUCH MY HAIR!!! i had to go get a fixed and spend more money. if you can’t cut hair simply don’t. i would like a refund."
