"I asked for a simple haircut with my hair to line up with my armpit line and it got cut just below my shoulders. Fine it happens. Took my daughter in the next weekend and we asked for it to be cut to her shoulders. It ended up being pretty much below her ears. She cried when she saw it and is still crying two days later. The lady was nice when cutting it (we had the same person both times) but did not do what we asked at all."
