I guess if you’re a human and you’re not a certain caliber, you’re not worth use of civic spaces, wasting our tax dollars on harassing the Poor is typical of a capitalist society, but is fitting when the city was founded by missionaries, who treated Indians so poorly, just because they were different. "Excellent place to park if your visiting Ventura. We parked here and rode a short distance to the Ventura River Trail. The garage is conveniently located near a number of restaurants and shops. Be sure to pay attention to the different levels. The first couple of levels are reserved for stays of shorter duration while the higher levels are reserved for all day parking."
