"I went to the ER once since 2020 and the staff were nice and acted with integrity and in an ethical manner. My only concern was how big your facility was and there were too many people everywhere. I wish the medical centers could access clients' medical charts from Emmanual."

"Not to thrilled with this hospital. They called me while I was at work and pretty much implied that my husband was as dying. Called later and they said he was fine. Then drove 45 minutes to hospital and they wouldn't let me in due to 'shift changes'. Said I could return at such and such time which of course is when visiting hours are over."

"I visited 2/5/24 NP Gurdeep Mann is great! He makes sure you are satisfied with results before sending you off & also was very attentive during your visit giving feedback from testing in a very timely manor. Seeing the MD is almost impossible here so that’s a big thumbs down you should be able to be seen or at least talk to an MD it has been times before even with a more “serious” visit as they say … I have yet to see a doctor here maybe only night shift. BUT the nurses take care of you well enough for an ER visit. On this day I received an IV given by a student I was not told they were a student until time it was happening I read his scrubs that stated the schooling. Another staff member was walking by & noticed he wasn’t doing great & had to give a teaching moment. The IV was badly placed the student had trouble with flushing/drawing blood etc basically had trouble the entire time. within a few minutes I began to feel out of breath and dizzy with pain in my chest with an instant headache.. I was then given some pain medication. I was not able to move my arm during the stay & has been since hard with range of motion. Within a couple days it began small bruising and pain had not gone away. Bruising & pain has increased significantly further on. From insertion site followed up to armpit region. Photos from 2/7/24 & 2/14/24. All love for students and learning but the student should have been supervised more properly."

"I am very pleased with the onboarding process! Julian Howard was my go-to person and made the process VERY easy and communicated effectively to all parties involved. Due to my difficult schedule, he was able to move my start date 2 weeks early and he even got me cleared early to start on time. He has made the move to California very easy! Highly recommend! "ICU nurse was phenomenal. Once one is out of ICU, one’s life is in your own hands. The security and the entrance is mean. No need to wait in long lines when one needs to see their loved ones. I talked to other patients and visitors and was told if you talk about football the staff responds. If you don’t, then you are out of luck. This facility is poor beyond belief. Add to that there is no consistency from day to day. When this is pointed out, all they say is “ well I wasn’t here yesterday “. No accountability. No compassion. The ICU nurse Leah was exceptional. Yes she only has two patients but she has a compassion few others have. If a person cannot show compassion and empathy, what on earth are they doing in healthcare?"
