"If I can give this place a 0 I would. I’ve been here a few times and only out of the connivance of tjmaxx.They never do outstanding just ok. Today I walked in no greet I had to greet them they all just looked as if they didn’t want me there. I should have left then but proceeded to get my nails done the lady who did my nails rushed and put so many coats of gel on my nails! I thought they looked ok but again the lights are very deemed inside I paid then Went to tjmaxx and the polish ended up all over my hand all of my nails were pilling and bubbling up because the gel polish was not dry underneath because of all the coat she put on. I went back in and explained and asked if I can get them fixed but would rather have a different nail tech, they declined and said I had to get the same tech so I just asked for a refund the owner then said no refund and that everybody else was afraid of me because how “I was acting”when really all I asked was for a different tech or a refund in a firm but calm tone. He then Proceed to say he is going to call the cops on me i then told him that i thought they are all very racist and tried scaring me with the cops because they know that cops kill black people a white woman then came in and they immediately gave me a refund because they didn’t want to look bad for business the owner then says don’t ever come back and I promise I won’t! The nail shop is old and haven’t been updated in 20 years old furniture old towels and rug is nasty and has been there since they opened. All the workers are old and burnt out and they need new younger faces or they need to shut down! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog."

"I’ve now had two fantastic experiences at Fox Nails. They not only do thorough, quality work but the staff is extremely friendly and sweet. I feel like they truly value the experience they’re giving. It’s the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Kudos to the team!"

"I went there to get a fill I left with nail polish all over my fingers.On one finger the diamonds were going a different way.You can see nail polish on my nails. It also chipped. I would rate it 0 if I could. They did horrible I have never had any of my acrylic sets chip when I have done gel. One of the workers were rude her name is Lisa I do not recommend her. She told me she didn’t have time for me and to go to someone else and that she has other costumer’s to work on but it was not busy at ALL! She was rushing. She did my French tip and did not let it dry so I left with wet gel nails. Horrible place it needs to get closed down."

"These pictures where the nails are shorter are from the 2nd time I went back to have them fixed. I asked to have them short so they looked more natural and thinner because the previous acrylic was so thick. I was told short is not good, thin will break, and white was not a good color. The lady used the white that is typically used for French tips.. The gel and the top coat were both so thick that my nail was distorted. Asked for Polish rather than gel and was told she was going to use gel. All time she was redoing my acrylic nails she was talking under her breath about how there was nothing wrong with them. I will never go back to this salon and I don't think you should either."
