"The first impressions is parking. it's a hit or miss as parking is free, so you might have to park about a block away at times. When We went in, it had a chemical smell in the house. Kinda like they sprayed for bugs or something. The carpets didn't seem that clean, and the runner in the kitchen kept sliding out from under your feet. The pans they had... well, we had to make due, but not ones I would usually use as the non-stick inside was all torn up from metal spatulas used. The plates were cute. We had complications with the TV but was fixed the next day. The shower had a detachable shower head, and the piece that held it up was broken, so it just lay on the bottom. There is a place where the kids can play outside, but you have to go down a lot of stairs to get there, so we didn't go as I have bad knees so I can't say anything about that. Luckily, we spent most of our time outside. It is definitely a good location as it's near a lot of places to go to. We had fun with the city pass and everything you can explore nearby."
