"I have never experienced so much trouble obtaining authorizations from the health insurance. My kids went for a physical, the doctor asked if they had a question, mi kid says yes my skin is to dry so for that I get billed for another appointment with out clarification that we were getting two appts at the same time. I just found out 5 months later."

"my son dislocated his punky. the doctor just said to ice it and asked to do x-rays on him and the radiologist said his pinky has a slight dislocation but doctor said it was fine and didnt see anything out of the ordinary and that if it didnt get better after a month to take him to an orthopedic doctor. now after a month my sons finger is still swollen and he cant put it straight or make a fist."
