Her appointment system makes it really easy to schedule ahead, be reminded of the appt, and cancel or reschedule with an adequate amount of time for her to find someone else or move appointments around. I doubt denied appointments are a common experience you would have with B Suite."

She actually denied me for a future appointment due to these circumstances that I have no control over really. She is not very understanding nor compassionate, I would recommend going else where and avoid the fakeness."
