"I REALLY wish they offered refunds! Received a gift card to Lotus Spa from my husband for Christmas. It was the perfect gift and I was looking forward to some relaxation. I called to make an appointment and they were booked out. No big deal, appointment made for March. (This was in January) Got a call a couple weeks ago that I was removed from the books because the person I was scheduled with no longer worked there. Frustrating, but things happen. Appointment rescheduled for April. Just received another phone call telling me I was once again removed from the books because the person I was scheduled with will no longer be working there after March. Tried to reschedule again and there are no appointments in the foreseeable future. I was told “we offer other services”. Sure, I get that. But I booked a massage. Not nails, not facials, not waxing. I don’t care if they have “massage aspects” to them. Pretty ironic how a “spa” creates so much stress and frustration! If it wouldn’t result in a complete waste of money, I wouldn’t waste my time with this place!"

I used to get my injections done in Minneapolis and paid a small fortune to get done the minimal things I needed. I saw Lotus Blooms winter specials and thought I’d give it a try. I am HOOKED!!! They make it so affordable to keep yourself looking how you want and the staff is unbelievably helpful with everything. You have a lifer with me!! From the initial greeting to the end of my massage, Veronica is always so welcoming and friendly (I only see Veronica)! She gives a very thoughtful massage, asking if it is the right amount of pressure, checking out medical history etc, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Veronica also keeps you informed through each stage of the massage. The rooms the massage take place in are wonderful, from the lighting, and soft relaxing music.
