"Some of them were nice. The first picture is what I wanted but then that’s how they came out. All the dots were touching and some were not even on the nail. I asked for a nude base and I got pink. Then, I asked for more round and she goes “No, the picture doesn’t show that.” The amount of acrylic on the back of most of the nails is crazy to me. Also, there was black hair in the acrylic and she didn’t even bother to get out. And with the french tips when she whipped it away she didn’t even get it all the way so it was all over each nail. She started talking when she was grinding them down and slipped onto my finger. (which hurt) She didn’t say anything after that. I was very disappointed and it was $75 for this. I still gave her a tip but wasn’t exactly deserved. Disappointed to say the least. But, The shaping and application was good."

"I went here with fairly low expectations and they were barely met however I live an hour away in a very small town so when I was told they would they could take me in for a full set I was ecstatic to say the least. Anyways I got there and they were very friendly my nail tech didn't talk to me tho which was kinda awkward the guy doing my nails did a good job I paid and left 15 min after they closed.fast forward to the next morning....my fingers are so tender and sore I can hardly hold my phone si I did what anyone would do....Google it there are several things that could have caused it aggressive application.the acrylic overbonding to my nail but I don't wanna think poorly of the nice guy that sis my nails for me so I'm gunna go with since my nails hurt bc it's been so long since I gotten them done . I'd my pain in my hands goes away in 24-48 hours I'll be less upset but if I continue to be in pain I will call and ask for them to fix it or give me a refund."

"I was in the nail salon yesterday to have a pedicure. The lady asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and I said yes. My nails were cut way too short and now hurt. I don’t want other people to have this same experience that I had there. I will not be returning due to this bad experience."

"I just love my Nail Tech "Onn". She has great customer care. I plan to go see her today. She's been gone a while and I'm looking forward to our visit and to walk out w a fill that looks fantastic, won't lift and will last a few weeks without a repair needed. She gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, the money grabbing is an issue. Yesterday I ordered a deluxe and paid for it. I got a basic (so if I go back for a pedicure, that's what I'll order). They charged me $15 for gel. That is ridiculous. My nails were completely uneven. When I asked her to shape them, she said "I know", she wasn't done. She ended up chopping them down to nothing - which is fine this time, so I don't have to go back. Gel polish costs $15 for the bottle. So to charge more than $10 is ludicrous. Pay attention. Take a picture of what you order. Idc how busy you are (they were not). We all pay the same. That chick got a $5 tip she didn't deserve. There is a woman there tho that is Snyde, rude and rolls her eyes. She's older w shorter hair, probably 60 or so. I was there yesterday for a pedicure and when her customer got up, she said "cash or card". Her customer said "card". OMGOODNESS the look she gave hee customer was unfortunate (but to be expected from her). The customer looked at me and gave me a smile of embarrassment. I would NOT have tipped ANYONE who behaved that way. She needs to be called out. If you only want cash, put a sign up and refuse card. Lots of bars do it. But don't tear ppl down for paying w American currency that you allow. Ugh this woman is dreadful and I loathe when she stands by my tech and watches. I've considered going elsewhere because of her."

"I have been coming to VIP Nails since they opened. I left a few times but always came back! The Owners are amazing and are so friendly. It’s nice to know peoples names and have them greet you too! Always putting customers first , they are prompt and the array of colors in mind-blowing. Check it out….it’s worth it! Everyone is talented there. Customer service is unbelievable!"
