"The worst experience I have ever had. My 93 year old dad has a preliminary diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer w Liver metastasis it been 10 days and we still can’t get an appointment for CT guided needle biopsy. I’ve had MD call, called patient relations and NO ONE even responded!"

"Horrible experience with the Walnut Creek imaging center. I had an appointment at 10am. It generally takes 30minutes to reaches imaging center but I reached 15 minutes late due to horrible traffic and accident in freeway. My appointment was cancelled without any prior intimation. The receptionist there talked to me like I came for a regular casual check up. It is an imaging center, patients come there when they have some serious condition and are mentally scared. Don’t have any consideration of the patients mental health or what is going through them. It took me an hour and a lot of courage mentally to reach the facility and one minute for them to say we are sorry you are late and we cancelled your appointment ."

"I typically enjoy my experience with John Muir, but it has been a nightmare dealing with this department. It has been 4 months of back of forth (doc letter sent, insurance approvals/denials). Today when I called, the menu options have changed and I just picked the ONLY option available. When I get through, the nurse said I called the wrong office (Brentwood) and that I should have listened to the menu options and selected the right office (Walnut Creek). When I told her the menu options had changed, she flat out said no and that people don't listen to the options before selecting and they get overwhelmed with calls. If a customer provides feedback, take the feedback and roll it up to management so the issue of you getting overwhelmed with calls can get resolved. Denying the customer's feedback does not resolve issues."
