"Wow… disgusting how this place has severely gone downhill. This used to be my regular barber until I moved away. I came back today and made an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and walked in. There was an employee laying down in one of the front lounge chairs just about passed out. I was rudely greeted with “got an appointment! “. I said yes, and gave my name. 20 minutes after my appointment time I was called a chair. It was made very clear that the two employees there did not want to work at all. The place is very dirty. None of the chair areas have been swept up here everywhere the place was very disheveled. It did not appear any of the barbers are used to deal with work there anymore. I sat in the chair and described what I wanted the barber/stylist I don’t think I can do that that’s gonna take too much time I said I made an appointment for a haircut and a beard trim. I know that my haircut takes me about 15 minutes at the most in about five minutes for the beard trim. She had 1 million excuses why she cannot cut my hair today. She actually said “well if you want a sh!tty haircut, I can rush it and get it done for you. “ And then she said you should have booked more time . This was not even an option on the website and I told her that.. she said there is no website which is a complete lie. I said well this will not work out and I got up and left. I will never return."
