Reviews of Stanford Center for Advanced Lung Disease
"Back in 2007 my father was told he would not live to see his birthday that year. He was put on the organ receiving list and was called 18 days later. Long story short, he recieved his new lung and became Stanford's star patient. I asked God to give us another five years with him and instead he gave us ten and counting. His name is Alfonso Lujan. Unbelievably he is still alive and is living strong. The most important things involved in a lung transplant I believe are, number one, a seventeen year old boy gave his life and may God bless him. second is good insurance and follow the doctors orders. The doctors and staff at Stanford are the dream team , dr Bruce Reitz being the super star. These people are highly skilled in what they do and have to be angels in disguise. Thank you dr. Bruce Reitz and Stanford transplant team. Alfonso A. Lujan III"
