Put arch supports in my shoes and I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. They immediately relieved the acute pain, and within a week no pain at all. "The sales person John was extremely courteous, knowledgeable about their products and professional. He took the time to examine my feet. He told me that my left foot was worse than my right foot. Although I only have plantar fasciitis in my right foot.He showed me 5 different insoles and let me walk around the store. To see which one I felt was right for me. He told me how to take care of the padding you place in my shoes under the insoles and gave me a sheet, which told me how to gradually work up from wearing the insoles from 3 hours a day to 7 hours a day. I received at least 3 courtesy follow up calls from John. Asking me how I felt the insoles were working. He said if I had any problems. Don't hesitate to call the Good Feet store. My over all rating of my experience with John at the Good Feet Store. Was no less than exceptional!!! I still have pain at the heel of my right foot.
