"Horrible experience I had today. I have taken my son to this clinic since he was born and never in this 4 years have they treated me so badly. The ladies, the receptionists were very rude, they got upset because I asked them for my son's vaccination record and Mrs. LAURA told me, very very rude. I had to ask her before seeing the doctor. And the doctor told me to ask them. I think that's what they are for, that's why they are a receptionist. If you don't like doing your job, then keep studying and improve yourself. Don't just be a receptionist."

The people who work there are the most unprofessional people the most irresponsible they do not care for customer service they are rude I don’t know how those people got hired to work in hospital!!! and to work in customer service I got a call 3 times to confirmed my appointment I say yes I was waiting for this appointment two months they canceled my appointment at the last minute left me a voicemail message say my appointment got cancelled My device do you think twice before using this hospital for your needs! to bad I can’t give them a zero star!"

"Bad customer service - they will cancel your ultrasound appointments without notification since their location is very small and they only have 2 working techs. I would avoid this place especially since they will cancel you before they even open at 8am when they open at 8:30 and the phone lines don’t open till 8:30am - VERY rude!!!"
