"Having been here at least 5 times, I would say that like everything it largely depends on who you interact with that day. I tend to take their last available appointment. My first experience/doctor was infuriating. Since then it has only been improved, and the staff has been helpful. Today was optimal. Dr. Littman =10/10 For the only option available to medi-cal users, I am very satisfied."

"I called the number listed for this Marin Health urgent care location. I was told I could walk in for appointment up until 6:45pm. I took off work and drove over immediately arriving at 5pm. I was told there were no walk in appointments available. My experience is that there is poor communication between the phone number listed and the onsite staff to properly guide patients."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My husband called and made an appointment, when he went in they said he did not have an appointment. they would not see him as a walk in. He ended up in the ER later in the day. I have to add on the day my husband went in, was told he had no appointment he booked an appointment for the next day before ending up in the ER. When he called to cancel the next day appointment he was told that he no upcoming appointment. Can I give negative stars??"

"Have used this urgent care for years & had great experiences until today. Today my daughter was told when she arrived that they don’t take walk-ins…I inquired further since we have always walked-in & was then told they only take one walk-in per hour & they had already filled their walk-in spots for the day. Said we could go to emergency room. While it’s frustrating that an urgent care doesn’t take walk-ins anymore what was worse was her rude and nasty attitude. Not sure I’d want to use this location anymore with such unfriendly staff. She had dark shoulder length hair & believe her name was Karina. Possibly a nurse there?! The receptionist answering the phones was fine & helpful. Also, the place was completely empty…no one waiting at all."

"Had a great experience, I'm surprised some others haven't. Easy to schedule appointment. They were even able to identify me by my phone number calling in, and after validating me, were able to pull in all my medical records. Got an appointment only a few hours later. Didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes, and the doctor (Dr. Bodony) who saw me was friendly and a great listener, and after an exam, provided excellent and detailed explanation of what he thought was going on and the course of treatment. Sent me for an x-ray right next-door, which only took another 5-10 minutes of waiting. Everyone I had contact with, from the front desk, nurses, doctor, and radiology technician, were super nice and helpful, and it all seemed surprisingly well coordinated. Probably the best medical experience I have ever had. And I have had some very good and bad ones."
