"Me and my daughter went to sport clips and she wanted to switch up her style a bit with more layers.. The other people were very nice and welcoming. But the hair stylist who I believe was named "Sherry" was really rude and unwelcoming to me and my daughter. The second she sat down and showed her the reference photo she rolled her eyes at her (which made my daughter really sad because she was so excited for this haircut) and then when she started to cut her hair my daughter tried to advocate for herself saying it didn't look so like the photo, in the nicest way possible. But then this lady started to throw a fit and started chopping my daughters hair away and that's when I said something because I could no longer watch my child in pain because of what this lady was doing to her hair. I will NEVER be coming back here again!!! Please go anywhere else, this place is awful."

"First off, don't listen to Mark's or Lindsay A's reviews. They just wanna be ticked off at the world and complain someplace. Listen to MINE! This place is TERRIFIC!! I've taken my son here twice now, and both times they have been top notch! Kerry did my son's hair today, and she is just awesome!!!! I'll always come back here - great staff, great location, and nice and clean - and they do the best job of anyone!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!"

"Do Not go to this location. My daughter is crying and doesn’t even want to go to school. The entire cut is a mess 2inch chunks missing and bald spots. The worst thing is that she didn’t even want the front cut at all. The customer service is awful they would not even refund the cost of the cut!"
