"NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my daughter’s car in here to see if we fell under the class action lawsuit. Which Hyundai vehicles are included? The “Class Vehicles” are 2011–2019 model year Hyundai Sonata, 2013–2019 model year Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and 2014–2015 and 2018–2019 model year Hyundai Tucson equipped with 2.0 liter and 2.4 liter genuine Theta II gasoline direct injection engines within OEM specifications. After paying $200 to determine whether it would be covered (it was not) They told me the car was finished and that we could pick it up. I paid the bill, got the keys and left the dealership. Upon leaving, the vehicle would not start. I popped the hood to find half of the valve cover bolts removed, all of my coil packs(spark plug wires) disconnected many harnesses disconnected, high-pressure fuel line missing safety clip. Had to go back in and have the “service advisor” Take the vehicle back in to put it back together. After leaving and returning to inspect the vehicle at home, noticed missing safety clips on half the of the coil packs, missing one valve cover bolt and high-pressure fuel line safety clip. Never again when I buy a Hyundai or take it to this dealership for service. Very very very poor service."

"I cannot go back there. I've been a customer for many years and it's always a disappointing experience. Every. Single. Time. - Consistently slow service. 100% of the time they over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to estimating wait times. Today I got, "Your service will take about 45 minutes" (oil change and tire rotation). I left 1 hour and 22 minutes later. - Scheduled today's appointment online. In addition to the oil change/tire rotation, I selected State Emissions Test. However, they do not perform emissions testing. Had I known this, I would have gotten all these services elsewhere, as my ultimate goal was convivence and efficiency. I now have another chore on my To Do List. - 3.5% surcharge for credit card transactions. - No recycling receptacle in the waiting room or any other customer-accessible space. If you bring a bottle or can with you - and if you care about recycling - plan to pack out what you brought in."
