"I discovered that at least one of the cushions does not have new foam in it. I asked Joe to come over and check all the cushions to ensure the foam is new. Since April of this year he has not come over claiming he is out of town. In April, he offered to refund me the $500.00 I paid for new foam. To date, he has not sent the check and has not responded to any of the emails I have sent him since April."
