The salesman Louie employed every shady trick in the used car dealer playbook, from deceptive amounts of interest in vehicle we were purchasing, to pushing unnecessary add-ons & fees. After finally agreeing on a price and signing the paperwork, they made us wait forever before handing over the keys, showing a complete lack of respect for our time.
