"They are NOT open at 6am... They used to be.. Someone is in there around 7-8am sometimes, but the store still won't be open... Don't know why.. But it's annoying.."

"This place has shelves full of items with no prices listed. So I ask the staff why they don’t put prices, they don’t want to answer. So I am forced to ask them to tell me the prices and then they become annoyed and ask me to leave. To the management I will say, either put up prices or be prepared for customers to ask you all day long."

"Prices aren't to bad but they do tend to overcharge when using debit or credit card...their own hidden fees. Staff is ok never had issues with them. I love their deals on energy drinks and always buy my beer here"

"Convenient store for sure they have a great selection of items which I like. Only thing negative is some of the attitudes from store clerk or owner it's hit or miss sometimes you get nice friendly service or sometimes you're rushed in and out. Only downfall I have about here. I still shop here when needed."

"Well my experience here so far has been good but I was blown away how much it is to get in, a single general admission adult $19 that's crazy and it's kinda hot out so of course animals are in and under vented air or covered hiding areas.. and also the apparel that is sold in the shops is unfortunately way over priced for simple t-shirts with few words. I really feel like they are seriously trying to coop back all the money loss during Covid lock down... Overall I still really enjoy going here but I'll be excited to see how everything turns out when they move to the new location. Thank you Sac Zoo a fun afternoon!"
