Reviews of Sunset Cliffs Cave
"Gorgeous spot in nature. You have to watch the tide schedule and can only go at low tide (you can get trapped, need to be rescued or even drown). Also spots can be very slippery due to algae on rocks. My partner and I thought we were careful, but he slipped and fell shattering his phone, and seriously hurt his shoulder and leg."
"Amazing place for watching sunset across the Pacific. Ample parking space and a walking trail throughout the cliff. Lot of weddings were happening too. Definitely an amazing place to get married. There were some scuba divers too. One of the best places to sit and enjoy the ocean view with family and friends. No parking fees or entry fees."
"Stunning place to see the water. Popular location for weddings. You can go down to the cave (at the water level), but might need some shoes you are ok go get wet, or have a kayak or just swim over. Did not see any direct way down to the cave."
"Beautiful and family oriented place. Parking is free in the road but you need to arrive earlier before the sun close his cycle of the day. Walking is great under the cool ocean breeze. The magic of this place can be only enjoyed by visiting with enough time. Relax, enjoy and it is safe for you and family."
"Absolutely beautiful and stunning area. Great views of the ocean, beach, rocks, and some caves. Caves are fenced off for safety. Parking is very hit or miss (street parking). We arrived an hour and a half before sunset and took lots of photos and just hung out waiting for the sunset - We even watched a proposal happen!"
