Whitney, who is a Patient Associate Rep. at Magella, was the first person that we dealt with over the phone. She was so sweet and so helpful and when we communicated the time sensitive nature of our situation she made sure to get us in right away for an appointment and even helped us get all of the necessary medical records and test results together from my ob office in preparation for my apt. I just had my apt. for my amniocentesis procedure yesterday which involved a very detailed ultrasound prior to the procedure, etc. and both the technician (Azam) and the doctor (Dr. Michael Haydon) were so kind and knowledgable and just had the absolute best bedside manner. I am so grateful that I was able to work with such kind souls during a very scary and stressful situation. I cannot recommend this place enough."
