Reviews of Vista Grande Park
"Well, as the name suggests, Vista Grande had a grande vista (a large view). If you are into that type of thing then I would definitely recommend it. If I had a drone I would come here and fly it, but I don't. Overall it was a great experience. I would do it again."
"The parking lot is locked up. So were the bathrooms. Grass looks like it's about to die. I'm not really sure why they're mowing it. They really need to do something. Before this nice spot is just a blight on the community. No playground, no restrooms, no picnic area. Didn't even take a photo."
"Great spot for the rc plane and rc car hobby lots of space. I did have to have park on street. Luckily I had a cart to take all my stuff up the hill.bring your own chairs and shade No restrooms, no trees,no playground. It's just a big open space with lots grass.clean well maintained."
"Three Stars isn't a negative review of this Park. In fact it lives up to its name as far as having a beautiful Vista of the neighboring hillsides of La Habra and the Mountains on top of Mountains to the East. In comparison to other parks this one just lacks facilities such as water fountains and rest rooms. There isn't a playground for children or other coordinatinated activities. However a nice evening stroll or frisbee with the family dog is where this park shines. There are two sets of apartments homes that over look the park. So I feel a level of comfort knowing that their overlook keeps us a bit safer when walking in the sunset hours. The park goers I have met have been warm welcoming and the dog owners that visit have been very respectful. Vista Grande Park is my after work spot to capture a great view of the sunset, and get a stress free stroll before heading in for the evening. Bring a chair and some quiet entertainment and you can enjoy the birds flying past you as you take in the views. Parking is street side for now as the gravel lot is closed. There is street sweeping. I'll post the day and hours once I double check"
"Not really a park more like a big empty lot, but nice enough to FLY my phantom 4 quadcopter there. Also the R/C dirt vehicles do their thing there also."
