"Fairly underwhelming part of Santa Barbara which is mostly craft breweries and hipster chic venues that seem more crowded than they are worth, and it dies down very early in a Saturday night. I preferred staying around the main part of downtown. If you come here I would recommend afternoon or early evening."
"It's nice, but to be honest, it's a lot of hype for what amounts to about a dozen stores and restaurants. You can wander the whole thing leisurely in about an hour. Meanwhile, although it's not that easy to find, there is a very nice pedestrianised shopping area the other side of Santa Barbara that is much bigger and also has lots of interesting shops and places to eat."
