"I am disabled and have a broken leg. I called lab core many times to get information for my Cancer related blood test requirements, they do not answer the phone and they do not return the calls. It is hard for me to make trips and I need rides and should not need to make more than one trip. Are they ignoring patients totally"

"Here getting lab work done this morning, and the Bad Energy from the Receptionist Cindy was EXTREMELY TENSE & VERY BAD. I've been coming to this Labcorp for Years and this is the first time I've received Bad behavior from a Labcorp Representative. Cindy has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & IS Very Unapproachable."

"Beware, these people DO NOT CARE at all about your Health Care. I came in to pick up stool test, handed nurse my prescription. She handed me ONE test, told me to bring in next day. I came back and they were closed on a Monday- no explanation on door or where closest LabCorp located. I went to drop off at Northridge Location, first thing nurse said to me, where is 2nd test. I responded, never received 2nd test. He gave test only to find out not all the components were in envelope to do the test. I went back to Tarzana today and she was telling me it's no big deal over & over, you can still do the test. I showed her instructions that were very clear it was a big deal and insisted she give me a new one. I asked her name and number for manager and she refused. She said "I have too much going on". Only 2 people in waiting room. I called Client Services and twice hung up phone on me. AGAIN, NO CARE FOR PATIENTS!!! INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!"

"Surprised by the negative reviews. There are several locations, so some reviewers may have confused this location with another facility. Review: Easy to find with tons of parking. I didn't need an appointment and tried a Friday late morning. Very easy check in with staff/technician. I was brought in very quickly. There was more than one technician there. I spent less than 10 total minutes here and the nurse was so NICE! Very clean facility. Painless process. All puns intended."
