"If I could rate lower than one star I would! I ordered this item from this company as a gift for my daughter. It's already been two weeks since I placed the order, and I've never received it. However, the status of the shipping said that it had been shipped , AND received by the carrier, and I would be getting it in less than one more ADDITIONAL week. Then, today my bank account notified me that I was being refunded for this purchase. SO when I contacted the company to find out why they canceled my purchase and refunded it they replied that it was "because they are out of this product and have no more available." I would have been understanding of that 1. If they'd have notified me of this sooner than the time frame it took. And 2. if it weren't for the fact that it has already been two weeks, and the status already said it was shipped, PLUS already picked up by the carrier, who was to deliver it to me. So how did they run out of stock if it was already shipped?! I am very disappointed! and will Not be purchasing from this company again very bad customer service!"
