"Very disappointed to show up 20 min before posted opening time of 8 a.m., only to find a room full of people who'd come for the actual opening time of 7 a.m."
"I had a great experience at this location. The person that took care of me was pleasant, professional, and caring. I was seen within 5mins of my appointment time. That being said, I have a lot to say for anyone that plans on visiting this location. This site doesn't have the staff levels for the volume of appointments that the website allows the public to book. When I arrived there was only a single person taking patients. I had a 9am appt and was seen by 9:05. There was a second person that had a 9:00am appt and he was seen much later. I left at 9:25am and the wait room was packed. A man that I saw earlier with a 9:10am appt was still waiting outside at 9:25am. If you don't get appts between 8-9am then expect to wait awhile (30mins) as they get backed up throughout the day. I brought physical lab order or pdfs of my order to ensure that Quest had what they needed for my bloodwork. One of my doctors didn't send the lab order. I mention this because some patients get mad when their lab order isn't there and its not Quest's fault. The people in the wait room can be very rude and treat the employees like a verbal punch bag. I have never been to an office with such aggressive people waiting. I mention this because you don't know what employees have had to endure. So regardless of how long I wait, I always treat folks with respect."
"Check with your insurance and see if you have a different lab you can go to. Even with an appt and only needing to drop off specimen given from appt the day before will have you waiting more than an hour. There is no one to work the front desk and unfortunately for elderly pt who are not computer savvy they will not be helped. Some sit hours not realizing they checked in incorrectly and miss their appt. The employees will not help them either. They rely on other pt to try and help them. Considering they are a large population of people needing regular lab draws this is unacceptable. Lab techs themselves are sweethearts so this is solely directed at Quest and their process. Do better Quest!! It’s not like you’re proving this service for free."
"The staff is really nice. I had quite nice experience going there 6 months ago. However, a phone call I got this week changed my whole opinion about Quest. This week, I got a phone call from a debt collector company, saying they're to collect $155 that Quest said I owed them... I was so shocked and had no words. I paid in full the amount the staff quoted me on the day of the tests, which is already pricy. The nice lady who was helping me never told me that there is a possibility for my bill to be HIGHER. Therefore, I never expect any bill from Quest. However, 1 month later, I got an email from Quest, saying that the amount I am responsible for is $155 higher, WITHOUT any explanation. I chose to ignore the email because I never agreed to pay higher and no one from Quest ever told me on the date of the tests that I might get another bill. I think in my mind, "if you want to charge me more than what you told me, you'd better explain clearly to me at least through a phone call. Don't expect me to waste my time trying to figure it out by myself or to just pay". 6 months passed. No one from Quest ever cared enough to call me, a client who already paid in full on the day of the tests, to explain about the $155 increase and ask for my permission to pay the extra amount. They just simply sent my info to a debt collector!!! This experience shows me that Quest doesn't even care about its clients. The whole billing experience is horrible. How would a company expect you to pay EXTRA simply by sending an email without explanation? And then, just sent your info to debt collector?? I will not use Quest's service anymore and want to warn all of you who are reading to be careful of their practice and how they don't care about you as a client."
"When you need lab work done it's basically a lose - lose situation. It's either here or LabCorp and they both are 2 stars - so pick your poison. Quest is closer to me so off I went. "It can't be as bad as these yelpers say," I told myself - but let me tell you - Quest did not let me down! Thank god I read other reviews and mentally prepared myself for this experience because instead of being mad I just found it downright comical how horrendous this place is. I had made an appointment as several other Yelpers advised to avoid a long wait. There were only 2 other patients in the office when I arrived on time. I still had to wait for an hour. They had ONE nurse working there. ONE. She was doing all the paper work at the desk. Then leaving the desk to go into the exam room and draw blood, then returning to the desk to check in patients and file paperwork. So that's efficient. When it was finally my turn I went into the exam room and the door was wide open for everyone in the waiting area to watch while she drew my blood. I personally don't care but I imagine this could make some uncomfortable - but it gets better! Ooh this is my favorite part - I had to give a urine sample and she instructed me how to aim in the cup and clean my pee pee with a wet wipe in front of the rest of the people in the waiting area (which had filled to standing room only at this point). I asked where the bathroom was - and it's right there on the other side of the waiting room. Ok this is where it really gets good! After you do your thing - instead of having a drop off window in the bathroom to place your sample - you get to carry it through the waiting room! So there I was - fresh, warm urine in hand in front of a sold out crowd at Quest! Not one empty seat! I proudly marched across the center of the waiting area in front of the onlooking patients and into the exam room. I almost expected a standing ovation as I placed my cup down without a single spill. Maybe it was the amber hue of my piss and clear lack of hydration that kept the crowd from going wild. Oh - did I mention there was another patient getting her blood drawn in the exam room when I dropped off my pee? Now that's what I call privacy! I know. There's a lot to unpack here. There's so many things wrong with this place it's overwhelming. Enjoy the parking fee as well if you choose to use the garage. Bonus: I attached a picture of the extra wide chair for obese patients that was thoughtfully isolated across the room facing the other chairs to optimize humiliation."
