"They said my insurrance cover it, but then they sent me a bill as my co-payment and now they threatening to send the copayment to collection. If I had co-paymnet, they should have said at the time of service, whether they want to take it then or later."

"I went in person to schedule the appointment and provided all my insurance information. When I went in weeks later they asked for my information all over again. I scheduled an appointment for 745pm but received a text days before my appointment stating it was scheduled for 8pm. Even though I got here at 735 and waited for 40 minutes before I was called in. The technician was unable to start the ultrasound because the scheduler didn’t verify some information. I waited another 15 minutes while she ran around trying to find/verify some information/ as to how to proceed. The gentleman who is handling the front desk and the technician were very nice. The girl who scheduled my appointment wasn’t as nice and also didn’t do her job thoroughly. So what thought would take 10-20 minutes ended up taking over an hour."
"I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I've been here a few times and found the front desk, all of them, to be extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I appreciated their attentiveness to me, while at the same time processing me quickly and efficiently. Coffee shop in the waiting room. When I was there, it was closed. Areas throughout the building are nicely separated so even if there are a lot of people, you don't feel crowded. Exams rooms are nice and clean. Changing room has pockets to hold your possessions."
