"They’re beyond unprofessional. As soon as they call you to confirm registration they don’t tell you what they’re going to do first or where to go. They give you unclear directions then are rude when you ask or are confused. On top, the phlebotomist who drew my blood completed it incorrectly, pulled the needle before the vile. (08March2024 @1000). The tray was also extremely unsanitary with blood stains. In addition, their facility is not sanitary for a lab corp or any pathology. Would not recommend"

"We had an appointment in the morning around 9:30am and no one was there nor was the door open. We were even there 10 minutes before and tried calling and no one answered. Now we have to go to a different location. Not professional and caused such an inconvenience."

Will insult you and find errors in your speaking about testing just to make you wrong. Not so sure why he is in the front desk. Should be in the back and not allowed to speak to patients."

They will demean you as soon as you ask them simple questions just to make some unnecessary ‘power moves’. I do understand them being stressed out for dealing with people, but I don’t understand them taking it out on others just trying to get their testings done and leave?"
