"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The most unprofessional store ever. They kept my fabrics for two weeks and then they said they can’t do the job. So i wasted my time with them. You never know what will happen to your furniture with this place."

"We had a very fine set of dining room chairs badly in need of a complete seat restoration as well as new upholstery fabric. The chair style was unusual and I couldn't find any fabric that was suitable. I took one of the chairs to The Upholstery Place and Veronica helped me find the perfect pattern and style. Her company reconstructed the seats with the fabric and workmanship was great and the overall effect just perfect. The seats are literally better than new. We're very happy."

"I gave it a 2 star for the workmanship but 0 star for customer service. Negotiate price and get it in writting. I dropped my first barstool and was quoted $45 + $5 for buttons by the lady. I agreed with it. I informed her i had a 2nd one that did not required that much work. So I went and brought it to her. She said she'd call me with a price since she had a sitting customer and only gave me a business card. Next day i call her left a msg since had not heard fm her. Finally she called me and told me they were both ready for pick up and was going to be $50 each. I rebuttal it without dicussing price since the 2nd required no buttons. I reminded her she told me $5.00 for buttons and denied it. I was livid but went to pick them up. When i arrived she was not there and had no receipt or sales slip ready. The only worker that was present did not know how to make it. I had to write my own. No class, not professional."

"I would NEVER reccomend this place!! My wife and I had an old family rocker reupholstered when we had our 1st child. The woman haggled to the point I wanted to walk out...we had to use this place as the others, although cheaper, could not meet the time frame required for our parents to pay for it as a gift and $$$ was limited based on time. We finally just gave in on a price. Upon receiving the chair, the upholstery looked great. Then we got home and the arm on the rocker just fell off!!! I fixed it and its fine now...but for paying what we did and having her haggle, you'd expect the finished product to last more than 1 day! While the rocker was being done, we dropped off pillows out of pure convenience figuring we'd just pick everything up at once. At this point the price was the only issue. We had her re-stuff 5 pillows. They all SUCK!!! the stuffing is practically shot after 1 year of very mild use! The casing around the stuffing is all ripped so the stuffing just falls out everywhere! I honestly can say that this was probably the worst customer experience I've had. She seemed nice at 1st, then became pushy, and that is what it is, but for the $$$ you should get a decent product! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR $$$ AWAY! I wouldn't spend the time writing this if I wasn't pissed off and serious! Best of luck, Sean"
