"Would rate zero if I could, the sketchiest experience I have ever had at a lab place and I get my labs done very regularly. The phlebotomist continued to try to draw blood from a patient who was repeatedly passing out and she couldn’t get blood out of. Even when she began to seize. She also made rude comment about my self harm scars. She did not clean the area that she did my blood draw and She also after missing my vein proceeded completely remove the needle and use the same one and try again."

"Since the phlebotomist Jessica operates the lab alone, you might have to wait 10 minutes or more but she apologizes and tries not to make patients wait. She has an excellent needle skill and she is very polite."

"My mom needed lab work, and being new in this state, I looked around and couldn't find any place with a suitable appointment time for her. I signed up online for this Agoura Hills location, got there bright and early, we were greeted by a young woman Jessica. She was absolutely delightful. There was no wait time, the office was spic and span clean, very small and cozy, like a family doctor's office. Her desk was neatly arranged. I told her my mom was just released from the hospital, so she was quick and efficient in keying in all the info. I then explained that my mom had horrible experiences with needles. I had no idea Jessica was also the phlebotomist. She wasn't phased by the potential obstacle, it took her 5 minutes to get the lab work needed, I'm utterly impressed. She was very kind to my elderly mom, and from now on, I will go back there for all my lab work. Kudos to this Angel! My mom went in frightened, and left relieved, and happy she made it through with no pain! Thank you so much Jessica!"

"Had to get blood work done and was very pleased with this location. The phlebotomist Steven who drew my blood was excellent. He was friendly, efficient and quick! No bruising afterwards. The area where the building is located is plush with greenery, flowers and roses with blue jays and hummingbirds flying around. It helped me relax just a tad bit more before facing the dreaded needle. Definitely will be back if more tests are prescribed."
