"Bought a membership because it usually gets my new truck nice and clean. Went last Sunday and it scratched the crap out of my truck. While in the wash something hit my window and caused my boyfriend and I to start looking all over to make sure a window didn't get chipped or broken. I called when I got home and noticed all the scratches and they filed an investigation and took pictures on Wednesday. I get a call today and I'm told "your scratches aren't consistent with the kind of damage our wash would do". My truck is under video watch when I'm at home. We left from home and went right to the wash then came right home. Got home and discovered DEEP scratches. Way to avoid taking ownership of the damage caused by YOUR wash!! Canceled my membership and getting a full refund. This is NOT how you treat your customers!"

"Local automatic car wash. Offers a monthly service that allows monthly, unlimited visits per car. Living in Minnesota it pays for itself! Easy to use. Driving in, wash, and drive out. Simple ! I like the value and the quality."

"I went to this car wash with the expectation that my car would be cleaned. The car wash ripped off a piece of my brand new cars trim. The manager on duty took pictures and ensured me that they would cover a repair. The GM called me 2 days later saying that they do not cover trim damage and I quote "our car wash damages trim all the time it's very common, we don't pay for it". The actual repair is both cheap and simple, but while they agree they cause this damage to mine and many other vehicles they will not pay for the repair. Terrible practice."

"Overpriced gas station car wash. They used to have people vacuum and wipe down the inside of your car, which justified the price. However, they no longer clean the inside, or dry off the outside. BUT, still ask for a TIP!! Save your money and buy the $11 car wash at the gas station next door."

"Brought my car in months ago for the last time. This place damaged and scratch numerous places on my car. Brought it to a shop through insurance and they agreed it was definitely damaged by car wash brushes and said the entire car needs to be buffed. Mister car wash denied liability because “it doesn’t look like marks consistent with a car wash”. Yet the shop disagrees. This company is a joke and I won’t ever go here again and will ensure everyone I know, doesn’t either."
