"I got my oil change here. They broke the gasket on the drain plug on my car. It then leaked oil. I returned to have them look at it and waited an hour for that. Then they told me it was not leaking oil. I knew it was leaking oil so I brought it to my mechanic. My mechanic said it the gasket on the drain plug was broken and causing a leak. I then called for a refund and they could not find my account or my car. This is a very poorly run operation - avoid it. I have wasted hours of my time dealing with the incompetence of Valvoline."
