"Drove 2 hours to come clean my car out after it was towed here after hitting a deer while out of town. I got here. No one here. So I called the number on the door. They said to wait in the office. Office person comes in and says they don’t do anything with towing call the number. I said I did they told me to wait in the office. He tells me to call the number again. I did. They said “you should have called first. “ I said I did. I made an appointment for 2:30. They replied “well that was only 15 minutes ago. Someone might show up. “ terrible company. Really shows the power of a monopoly."
