"The folks here are super nice and quick. Only reason I did not give a 5 star is because this is the second time I have gone and the change oil light was not reset and because they always try and sell additional services. On the plus side they accept their online coupons for additional savings on oil changes."

"Ive been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes, usually the service is fine, but I mostly go for the convenience. I recently moved to this area, and I was really happy about the work - when they misquoted me for a service, they honored the original (and significantly cheaper) price, and they informed me of some complimentary services that would help my vehicle in the long run. "I would not recommend them, they are very expensive and they asked me 3 different prices. First the Manager came to me and told me to pay $99 for the full synthetic, I told them to pay 60 to 70 in other places and he said he will give a nice discount, I had a $25 coupon which he said you don't need that as he will give me a better one. When they finished changing the oil, another guy came to me and asked me to pay $134, I said what you were talking about, I am told 99 with the coupon better than the $25 one I had. I asked to call the manager and the manager started telling me different prices, he said pay $70, I gave my card, he took it to the room and then came back and said he couldn't do that and again asked me to pay $84. I was really confused and him to take whatever he wanted and let me go as I was late from a meeting. I will never go back to them and not recommend someone to go there. Go to Valvoline instead, they are straight on prices, time and the service they are providing"

"Waited for 30 minutes at this place. One of the workers was servicing her own vehicle. About 15 minutes into the wait another car pulled up. The worker was still servicing her own vehicle and the vehicle in bay 2 had also been there for the alotted 30 minutes. When bay 2 was finished at 8:40 am on October 14, 2023, they then proceeded to pull in the vehicle who had been waiting for half as much time as us. This is a ridiculous wait time to begin with as standard oil changes should take 15 minutes. As well as whoever is next should be serviced first when you are not staying within the allotted time of a standard oil change. We ended up leaving this place as I had also looked at the reviews ( since I had plenty of time) numerous amounts of people waiting much longer than 15 minutes. You service standards NEED to get better! I truly hope they do"
