"My husband and I purchased a snow blower and a riding lawn mower from them and they are fantastic to work with! The only thing I wish they would have explained better is the service inclusions for the first year and with the extended warranty. We thought we understood what they meant, but at the start of the spring after we purchased our mower (Cub Cadet + 3 year extended warranty including servicing for oil changes, etc.) we called to have it picked up for an oil change and when it was finished, we had a bill of over $150.00. We were obviously not happy and my husband went to talk to them about it and all that they said was it should have been explained to us in detail at purchasing. We paid the bill and let that be that, but were very disappointed because it is in such a convenient location and we know most of the folks that work there, so they're always friendly."
