"The place have a nice variety of memorabilia. Many different UWL team sports shirts available BUT no UWL softball shirts were in stock when it was a softball alumni weekend. Some upper level coordination/communication between various campus entities would be appreciated when alumni events are happening on campus."

"Terrible customer service - ordered a sweatshirt and it took a week to get the rude cancellation of my order as they didn't have the product in stock. A University entity should set the example of how to operate - but the Manager of the UWL Bookstore blamed the poor customer experience on their online supplier. Blame others - a great lesson to teach all the students at UWL."

"Staff here is always polite and helpful. Prices on school apparel are rather expensive, and if you're looking for any school supplies, options are extremely scarce. "The art supply" section is literally just a shelf with a box of paint brushes and cardboard display boards."

"I'm proud to be a student at UWL and love that textbook rental is included as part of the tuition rather than having to buy books. But if you want anything to show your Eagle pride (shirt, notebook, bumper sticker...) be prepared to pay a hefty fee for it."
