"Not only was it great to have access to Netflix, and YouTube in a room, with excellent heating, air conditioning, and acoustic insulation, but I can't recall the last hotel bathroom to supply hair conditioner. And as a female patron, I'd only realize the rude implications of such an omission after staying at Hotel GiGi, and being supplied ample sundries at my dispense. Something I find to be such a rare consideration of patrons and guests with long hair."

"Great hotel! The host was fabulous and very accommodating (you wouldn't get this service at a larger hotel). The room was spacious and very, very clean. Easy check in/check out and close to all gaslamp activities. I was here for business for one night and I would definitely come back."

"I had a great time at Hotel Gigi. It was my first time exploring San Diego and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great. My boyfriend and I didn’t need to use the car once because everything was within walking distance. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the customer service was amazing and we were provided codes which made entering/exiting the building very easy. Overall had a great experience at Hotel Gigi. I would stay there again:)"

"Amazing! I loved my stay here! The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the elevator was fast! Booking the hotel was an easy process. I liked how the hotel doesn’t use key cards instead they use keypads! For the price of the stay it was really worth it. It’s also good for people who have really bad social anxiety there are no people there. I loved how it’s literally around the gaslamp area! Such a great location! One thing it was a little hard spotting the hotel, it’s like kind of hidden in sight. There is NO parking! Parking was hard to find, especially when the padres were playing since it’s not far from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel! 10/10 ⭐️ ps Rita was extremely helpful!"
