They are happy to spend whatever time it takes to ensure you get what you need. It can look a little intimidating when you drive up and see huge and expensive farm equipment but no fear here. It's clear that they value ALL business. From looking at the product to going back home through purchase to delivery was around 18 hours. Helpful employee delivered and took time to explain safe operation of my mower to me, a complete ride-on novice. Great JD product and great service."

"Place is a joke first the technician calls me and tells me it’s gonna cost $500 to re- wire a double axle trailer’s lights. I said there’s no way in hell that it’s gonna cost that much to rewire the trailer. he then dropped the price down to $240. Went and paid for it picked it up noticed right away that the brake lights weren’t working checked the wires and only one was replaced which was a ground in the left tail light was replaced just the bulb wires were rotted and frayed throughout the whole frame of the trailer tried to call them right away never got any returned messages back and now they say I can’t have a refund because it’s been months but it’s been months since they’ve contacted me. Cannon Falls auto sales would like our money back please I don’t know how you guys are still in business when you just lie to your customers about the work you do and try to charge double."

"John Deere Stuff is always very expensive... You pay for the green paint bit that's about it.. You can go to Zumbrota to J&S Repair and buy the same kind of stuff with a different paint color and save alot of money!"

"Was ready to walk in there with my trade-in old lawn mower and buy a new one that day. Wanted $300 to fix a $30 part that I did myself and they didn't even go show me the lawn mower I wanted to buy. Horrible experience and it was topped off by the fact they wanted to charge me setup fees for the mower, which weren't charged when I bought one at one of their competitors. I saved $500 and went elsewhere."
